- Tamper resistant receptacles provide compliance with 2014 NEC Article 406.12.
- Automatic grounding system removes the need for bonding jumper.
- Thermoplastic top & back-body are virtually unbreakable for durable performance.
- Has zinc-plated steel mounting strap for corrosion resistance.
- Patented built-in wire strippers speeds up installation.
- Backwire clamps on side terminals provide easy installation of #12 & #14 AWG wire.
- Triple wipe blade contacts & double wipe ground contacts to ensure long-lasting plug retention.
- Replaces a standard duplex receptacle.
