- Comes with step-by-step surface mount installation instructions for easy application.
- Includes a thermostat controlled fan-forced heater up to 400 Sq Ft, and a three-stage remote control.
- Boasts a large 738 sq. inch viewing area, removable trim kit, and mesh screen.
- Includes our patented realistic flame effect and 100% LED lights.
- Unit is factory wired for 208V/240V power supply.
- 100 percent efficient for a green alternative.
- Materials should stay 3 feet away from the front of the unit and must be protected by a GFI circuit.
