25 series nozzles are ideal for medium and heavy duty welding applications up to 550 amperes. It is made up a three piece design including nozzle housing, nozzle insert, and a nozzle insulator. Its nozzle insert is machined from a solid brass and is crimped in place to allow the nozzle to thread onto the conductor tube.

  • Bore Size: 3/4 in.
  • Nozzle Style: Coarse Thread, 1/8-in Tip Recess.
  • Used With: No. 5 Gun.
