With its 13 Amp and 9,000 rpm DeWalt built G55 motor, the DeWalt 6" High-Performance Cut-Off Angle Grinder is specially designed for quicker material removal and higher overload protection. Features of this reliable angle grinder include its No Lock-On paddle switch, which prevents the user from locking the grinder on, and its Dual Clutch Protection, which prevents the gears from stripping and the motor from burning up in a wheel pinch, ultimately increasing durability. With the Quick-Change Wheel Release, the wheel can be easily removed without the use of any tools. Dual Abrasion Protection offers increased motor protection from any damaging dust and debris ingestion. Includes a one-piece brush arm which prevents any brush hang-up due to any ingestion. To further avoid tool damage, this quality angle grinder is equipped with auto-off brushes to shut the tool down when the brushes need to be replaced.
