Wall pack lights are mounted on a building’s exterior, typically on the outside facing walls. They are used to create visibility in areas where pedestrians or vehicles frequent. Full cutoff wall packs limit light output to directly below the lamp, while semi cutoff wall packs distribute light down and outward from the fixture. Full cutoff wall packs are dark sky compliant, meaning they limit contribution to light pollution.
CyberTech Lighting’s wall packs are designed to be LED retrofits for outdated halide lamps. To learn more about retrofitting wall packs, check out our blog Retrofitting Your Wall Packs to LEDs.
Wall packs are used in several different applications.
CyberTech Lighting wall packs are effective in any of these applications, with different fixture shapes, wattages, and more to optimize them for each use.
LEDs offer many benefits for wall pack lighting. The main reason for making the upgrade is the drastic increase in energy efficiency. They also require little maintenance because of the bulb’s long lifespan. Finally, LEDs provide more accurate and efficient light that is ideal for the safety and visibility wall packs need to provide. CyberTech’s wall packs are all equipped with LED retrofits for simple installation or replacement of previous fixtures.
