Diode LED Dimmers & Light Switches

A light switch works by opening and closing the electrical current to turn the lights on and off. 15-amp switches typically work in residential locations and connect to 14-gauge wire. 20-amp switches work in commercial or industrial applications and connect to 12-gauge wire.

In addition to turning the lights on and off, dimmers also change the light levels by switching the light on and off faster than the naked eye can detect the flickering. Some dimmer switches also include a driver, which many commercial lights require. A driver transfers the voltage to the proper amount needed for LED lighting. A dimmer driver also performs the functions of a dimmer. Dimmers allow more control over the lighting and provide energy savings since you can lower the light down from full brightness.

The first of its kind, Diode LED’s SWITCHEX combines an LED dimmer switch and LED driver into a single integrated unit. This revolutionary design simplifies installation and eliminates compatibility issues between drivers and switches. These switches use a driver that accepts 120V AC and converts to low voltage DC, either 12VDC or 24VDC depending on which SWITCHEX dimmer switch you choose. You can find four different SWITCHEX models available: 40W and 60W models at 12V or 60W and 100W models at 24V.

These switches provide superior LED dimming performance, with smooth dimming from 100% down to 5%. As a single pole preset dimmer, it uses a push on/off switch. They require no minimum load. Additionally, the SWITCHEX can mount into a standard in-wall switch box.

Each Diode LED SWITCHEX dimmer includes three face plates: glossy white, glossy light almond, and glossy dark brown (trim plates not included).

Diode LED offers a wide range of dimmers and switches to fit your bulb type. Many connect to Wi-Fi to allow you to control the light from your phone or computer. For dimmable LEDs, choose a dimmer, and for non-dimmable fixtures, choose a switch.

The Inline LED Switch offers both a dimmable version and an on/off version. The dimmer switch includes a rotary knob to adjust the brightness of LEDs without flickering and the on/off switch uses a simple toggle switch to control the power flow. They work well for small installations and work compatibly with 12V and 24V setups. Inline LED switches work with Constant Voltage Drivers and Plug-in Adapters.

The Touchdial system offers zone control and controls single color dimming, tunable white, and color changing LEDs. The system offers many options, including receivers, remotes, dimmers, and wall paddle dimmers. The system works for medium to large-scale LED installations and integrates with the existing WiFi network. This smart lighting system supports iOS and Android mobile devices and controls up to 8 lighting zones. It includes a touch sensitive interface.

The Reign Dimmer Switch controls up to 100W and offers dimming from 100% to 1% with no flickering. It pairs well with non-dimmable drivers.

The LED Dimmer Switch and the LED Infrared On/Off Switch offer easy installation and a dry location rating. The dimmer switch is touch sensitive. The on/off switch works well in cabinets, drawers, and closets.

Diode makes many motion sensor switches, including the Passive sensor switch, the Proximity sensor switch, and the Occupancy sensor switch. The Passive sensor switch turns on or off if you wave your hand at least 2.3 inches away from the sensor. The Proximity sensor switch works well in cabinets and drawers because it turns on when users uncover the sensor and turns off when the sensor gets covered again. The Occupancy sensor switch turns on when it detects motion within 9.5 feet.

The Wall Mount DMX Controller works with both iOS and Android devices and fits in a single gang box, providing professional-level control of RGB LED lighting.

The Tunable White DMX512 Controller adds a modern design to a wall-mounted tunable white light control with a touch-sensitive glass surface.

The On/Off Switch & Junction Box works with Diode’s Fencer Saber LED fixtures. It includes an on/off switch and can act as a direct line hub.

The Nicolaudie DMX products include the Stick-KE2 DMX LED Controller, the Stick-DE3 DMX LED Controller, the Stick-GA2 DMX LED Controller, and the DMX LED Stand Alone Controller.

• The Stick-KE2 Controller mounts to a single gang box, works with iOS and Android, and comes software programmable.
• The Stick-DE3 Controller stores up to 500 different color combinations across 10 separate zones with a full-color display. This software programmable device works with both iOS and Android and includes a calendar function.
• The Stick-GA2 controller fits in a single gang box and uses a touch sensitive pad for four touch sensitive buttons, including on/off, mode, previous, and next.
• The stand-alone controller includes a built-in memory and works with RGB wall washers and fixtures. The included software allows it to create custom light shows.
