EnVision LED Panel & Troffer

Flat panels are square or rectangular fixtures that install in the ceiling. An LED panel light replaces less efficient fluorescent options in offices, commercial spaces, schools, and more. They typically see use in recessed or suspended grid ceilings.

You can find edge-lit and back-lit options. In edge-lit panels, LEDs install at the edge of the frame. This allows the fixture to emit light sideways and offers an indirect illumination. Back-lit panels feature LEDs placed on the back of the frame. They provide a direct light option and may require deeper housing than edge-lit panels.

Flat panels typically feature a slim profile and straight edge design while troffers offer a rectangular design and work in modular drop ceilings. Additionally, troffers may require more installation room due to their shape.

Color temperature measures the color of the white light emitted by a light source. They typically fall on a scale between 1000K to 10000K, with residential and commercial lights commonly ranging between 2700K to 6500K.
