The green winged grounding Easy-Twist wire nut has a swept-back wing design provides additional torqueing & handling comfort ensuring proper installation in tight spaces. The deep surface ridges improve gripping ability. The threaded funnel entry easily guides the wires into the connector without the need to pre-twist of wire. The deep skirt entry provides protection against shorts & flashover. This wire nut is specifically designed for making positive ground connections and bonding nonmetallic sheathed cable. The green color is a quick identification as a grounding conductor for copper wire.
