The Hands On White Epoxy Painted Surface-mounted Hand Dryer uses a quick start capacitor. Two flat head tamper proof bolts secure the surface mounted cover to the wall plate. The cover features an inlet opening at the bottom, covered by a protective grill. Three 22mm diameter holes in the wall plate facilitate installation and wiring.
