What are spring clamps used for?
Spring clamps, also called pinch clamps, have two handles joined together by a steel spring to help you get a grip on objects easily. This tool looks like a giant clothespin and acts in a very similar way. Spring clamps come in to use when you are making small repairs because they act as the assistant you don't have and work as if they are an extra pair of hands to help you keep things in place or out of your way.
