What is a Finishing Applicator?

A finishing applicator is a tool used for applying wax to a floor. This will give the designated floor a bright and clean finish. All of our finishing applicators are made from lambswool which is perfect for applying oil-based polyurethane to a hardwood floor.

Is varnish the same as polyurethane?

Even though varnish, polyurethane, lacquer, and shellac are used to refer to a final finish they are not the same. It is very important that these are not used to replace one another as it can damage your project. Again, the products listed are not interchangeable with one another.
