What does A21 mean on a bulb?

A21 refers to the lightbulb's size and shape. A-series lightbulbs are the most recognizable lightbulb there is. The "A" refers to the bulb’s physical shape while the "21" simply refers to the bulb’s physical size, which is 2.625 inches in diameter. It’s always a good idea to check your light fixture to make sure the bulb will fit.
