The Anchor Brand Mild Steel. 045" Welding Wire contains high levels of manganese and silicon to produce exceptional welds, even when used on dirty, oily, or rusty steel. Engineered to provide porosity-free, x-ray quality welds, this welding wire works with the highest tensile strength, therefore providing the greatest quality welds of all plain carbon steel wires. Welding Wire requires a shielding gas of CO2 and/or CO2 mix.
