Changing a vanity light does not take many steps to complete. However, please hire a licensed electrician to change the vanity for you.

Below are the steps they will follow to change a vanity light.

• First, they will turn the power off at the circuit breaker. This is to prevent any electrical shock or other injuries.
• When the power is off, they will remove the bulbs from the fixture.
• Then the electrician will unscrew the fixture and remove it from the wall.
• Removing the vanity light fixture from the wall allows the electrician to disconnect the wires from the fixture that are connected to the wall.
• The electrician will then prepare and install the new vanity light fixture.
• They will need to connect the wires to the corresponding wires in the wall.
• Once the wires are connected and the fixture is fully installed, turn the power back on and test to see if the light works.

It is recommended that the length or diameter of a chandelier should be about 50% to 75% of the length of the dining room table. For instance, if you have a dining room table that is 100 feet long, the diameter of your chandelier should be between 50 and 75 inches long.
