• To change a vanity light, first turn off the power to the circuit breaker.
• Then take out the light bulbs as well as the screws from the old fixture.
• Once the light bulbs and screws are removed, the fixture will come down allowing you to see the electrical wiring. Remove the caps from the wires and disconnect the fixture wires from the wires connected to the wall.
• Once you remove the wiring, you can remove the fixture from the wall.
• After the old fixture is removed from the wall, you can begin to install the new fixture.
• First, slide the mounting bracket over the wires from the wall and attach it to the wall.
• After the mounting bracket is connected to the wall, connect the wires from the new light fixture to the corresponding wires in the wall.
• Place the light fixture on the mounting bracket and tighten it down when everything is level.
• Then you can put the light bulbs in and the socket and turn the power on to see if the light will work.
