- Double; Decor.
- Mounted on inside of cover plate and installed simultaneously - covers the opening and provides necessary fire protection.
- Easy to install - applied by hand, does not take up volume in the electrical box and a labor-saving replacement for putty pads in normal applications.
- ASTM E814 (UL 1479).
- Cost Effective and Great for safe retrofit applications.
- Reduces sound transmission - STC rating 54.
- Tested conditions for 1 or 2 hours.
- Use when Electrical boxes are installed in rated walls facing opposite directions and horizontally separated by less than 24-in.
- Can also be used as a solution for standard electrical boxes when the 100 square inch rule is violated.
- Complies to UL required Accelerated Aging and High Humidity Testing.
- VOC Compliant - CDPH Standard Method.
- Certifications: UL Certified, FM Approved, Clean Air Gold.
