Masking tape can be used when painting, but can be a bit tricky. Sometimes masking tape will pucker up which allows the paint to bleed through. We recommend using Scotch blue painter's tape for easy and sharp line.

One coat of paint usually takes about one hour to dry. You should not remove the masking tape, or painter's tape until the paint is completely dried. We recommend waiting overnight until the paint feels hard and dry.
