TCP Lighting LED T9 Bulbs

Circline bulbs feature a circular design. They often see use in circular fixtures, like a ceiling fan or surface mount light fixture. LED circline bulbs provide an energy efficient replacement for fluorescent circline tube lights. Unlike screw-in bases, like an E26 medium base, circline bulbs typically feature a pin base.

The 'T' in a T9 light bulb refers to the type of bulb. In this case, it means tubular. The '9' measures the diameter of the tube itself. This will read in eighths of an inch or 1/8. For a T9, that diameter measures about 9/8-inch or 1-1/8-inch in diameter.

To know if it will fit in your fixture, it's also important to know the diameter of the entire bulb from one outside point of the bulb to the other.

An LED light bulb offers a long life compared to incandescent bulbs or a fluorescent light. They also often use lower wattages than traditional lighting, which leads to energy savings over time. TCP Lighting offers 13 watt T9 LED circline bulbs.

While lumens measure the brightness or amount of light emitted, the color temperature of a bulb measures the color of that light in Kelvins. TCP LED T9 circline bulbs range from 2700K - 5000K. 2700K and 3000K color temperatures offer a warmer yellow or white light while the 4100K and 5000K will offer a cooler white light. Warm white or yellow color temperatures often see use in residential applications. Cool white LED bulbs work well in commercial spaces.
